Soroptimists are active in the prevention of domestic violence. This online resource is intended to assist visitors learn more about domestic violence, where help is available, and what you can do to prevent domestic violence.

Domestic Violence effects us all. Women who are suffering in battering relationships come from every part of life. There is no "typical" victim. Our level of education, financial security, race or ethnic group, sexual orientation, physical or mental stability, religion, or marital status does not protect us from experiencing domestic violence.
